The real estate market operators of Cote d’Azur are visibly pleased with the results reported by the Fédération nationale de l’immobilier, the numbers which confirm the market has returned to pre-crisis levels of 2008. In Menton the middle value of real estate has risen by 4.3%, and real estate sales were up by 9%. In Nice sales in 2017 rose by 12% over the previous year with an increase of the real estate value of 4% with an average selling price of € 4,289 per square meter.
In Cannes, the average price of a property stood at 5,563 euro per square meter, an increase of 3.5% compared to 2016. In the last city “champion” Antibes the average price is € 5,787 per square meter and the increase in value is equal to 2.9%. According to the data provided by the Fédération nationale de l’immobilier it is needed in average between 79 and 132 days to sell a property.
